  1. Initial Meeting to Discuss Scope of Works - Our representative has design capabilities and would visit to discuss the type of operation, scope of works, menu and programme. He would survey the appropriate area, if required.
  2. Computer Design Layout - In conjunction with either a survey of existing area or an architect's drawing of proposed area of works, designers would prepare a kitchen layout on their computer system.
  3. Budget Costing - The draft layout would be issued for comments along with a budget costing for the plant and installation, to give an indicative cost for the kitchen operation.
  4. Preparation of Specification - We would prepare and submit an itemised specification complete with literature.
  5. Fully Detailed Quotation - An itemised bid, with preferential discounts deducted to give a competitive price, would be issued in conjunction with the layout drawings, if required.
  6. Service Layouts - After an order or letter of intent we would issue a services schedule in relation to the finalised layout, for your other trades. This can be dimensioned where necessary
  7. Procurement Once an order is received orders are placed with all suppliers and fabricators to ensure this is all delivered to meet your programme.
  8. Fabrication Working drawings for specific items can be submitted for comments/approval prior to manufacture. Final site sizes will be either uplifted from site or agreed with client prior to fabrication commence date.
  9. Erection on Site Manufactured items and fabrication are either delivered by our own transport or delivered direct to site. Our labour will be on site to offload and transport to the area of installation unless otherwise agreed, with the client Units are erected in position as per our layout drawing, levelled and tied back to walls, where applicable.
  10. Connection to Incoming Services Normally, this is connected from within one metre of suitably terminated supplies (by others) by our fully qualified trades, using appropriate materials, as specified for the installation.
  11. Testing Protective covering is removed where necessary. From a "Power On" situation (by others) C&M Kitchen Engineering would fully test the installation, adjusting where necessary.
  12. Commissioning Our engineers will ensure that each appliance will operate correctly within the guidelines shown on the manufacturer's Operation and Maintenance manuals. Any faults are dealt with immediately. All protective covering and packaging is removed from designated area to a site skip, provided by client.
  13. Demonstration As arranged, demonstration is carried out with the staff to ensure they are conversant with the operation of each appliance prior to official use.
  14. Handover The completed installation is handed over to the client with appropriate Operation and Maintenance manuals. Details of procedures for After Sales Service are relayed to client.
  15. Warranty From date of handover we offer a fully inclusive Parts and Labour guarantee, on all items, for 12 months. These dates are logged on our service computer system as well as an inventory of items supplied on this installation.
  16. After Sales Service Our fully trained service engineers will attend to any faults, which may occur during the warranty period. Certain manufacturers carry out their own repairs, during the warranty period, but we recommend the operators call our service desk to report any faults, we can then record each call out and keep a record of any recurring fault with an appliance or poor service from a certain manufacturer. We can also offer an emergency call out system, at an additional cost. Maintenance Service Contracts are available to ensure the equipment is regularly and correctly maintained.
The above Total Package facility up to the preparation of the Quotation is offered Free of Charge to you the client, however any drawings or specification may have a cost implication, should we not be accepted for the contract.

Depending on the scale of the project, the charge could be up to 5% of the Total Costing.

We look forward to receiving your enquiry, which will receive our very best attention
